Hello to the Marvelously Mature. I have almost completed the course assignments to obtain my MSW! I am beyond excited because this is another completion of yet another late added item on my bucket list. I would talk about bucket lists, but the moniker seems so, so male and frankly I want to coin another term for how I list my wants/wishes/desires. No, today I am still on the blog kick, or rather the absence of us Marvelously Mature women in the blogosphere.
Today I once again did a search for all inspiring blogs that were relatable. I found one, but it was birthed, and put to rest, in 2009. The first post was promising, and then there were none. I’m not being critical because I too have given birth to blogs and then allowed them to go to blogosphere purgatory. Blogging can become all-consuming or it can be something you intend to keep up but don’t. I promise, I am going to try extremely hard to keep this one going. I hope you will check in at least once a week to see what I am ranting about and also offer your opinions and ideas.
I am learning how to use Instagram, Twitter and continuing my love-hate relationship with FB. The truth is I am not taking the time to really learn how to participate on any of the social media websites. I must do better. So check me out on Instagram and Twitter as I move forward.
BTW, I am going to build a bed of sorts for my upstairs den. No, I won’t be videoing this project, just taking pics as I go. This should be interesting so check back in about a week and see my progress. But more importantly continue to be check out this blog. I have recipes, DIYs, rants, raves, etc. that I would love to share and receive feedback on.
